In honor of the World Design Capital Designation that San Diego and Tijuana have for 2024 I thought I’d do a short experiment (the entire experiment took about 10 minutes and the final video is a minute and a half). I trained Heygen for 2 minutes on my rambling, mostly incoherently, and then I had Bing/OpenAI generate a short story about the future of the region and asked it to incorporate some of the obvious tropes in science fiction. Then I gave the script to Heygen and it made this video.
