Jon Pittman was the former VP of Corporate Strategy and Strategic Foresight at Autodesk until he retired. During his tenure he became the corporate sponsor for a wonderful program called the Autodesk Business Leadership Experience (ABLE). It was built to invest in high potential leaders and help teach them to think holistically about not only the company but also about what strategy really is and how it works.
